Orthopedic Care

Surgical & Nonsurgical

We utilize a wide variety of evidence-based treatment options. In orthopedic care, it is important to explore the conservative treatment options before considering surgery. Our multi-disciplinary team of physical therapists, regenerative medicine specialists, and surgeons work collaboratively to coordinate patient care. We carefully assess every patient’s condition to determine the best possible treatment plan.

Spine Injury Treatment

Surgical & Nonsurgical

Everybody with a spine injury will experience slightly different symptoms depending on the part of the spine that has been injured. Spine injuries are managed differently depending on where they are located and what symptoms you are experiencing. Management may include physical therapy or other conservative treatment. In some cases, surgery may be indicated but in many cases patients do not require surgical treatment.

Head Injury Evaluation

Head injuries can be very dangerous and life threatening. Head injuries can also be very deceptive wherein suspected ‘minor trauma’ results in serious medical problems. It is important to note that if you sustain trauma to your head yet feel fine afterward, you could still have a head injury. Treatment for a head injury depends on its severity and exact location or type. The signs and symptoms of mild traumatic brain injury may include:

  • Headache
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Fatigue or drowsiness
  • Dizziness or loss of balance
  • Memory or concentration problems
  • Mood changes or mood swings
  • Feeling depressed or anxious
  • Difficulty sleeping
